All NTX Vinyl Mystery Box subscriptions automatically renew each month. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page by clicking on Account Details — however, all subscriptions are pre-paid except for the Single Month, so canceling mid-term will keep your subscription active until the term has been completed. You will NOT be refunded or prorated for the months you have already paid for.
For example, if you opted for the 12 month subscription and pre-paid for the entire year — but then 6 months later you choose to cancel, your cancellation will not take effect until the end of month 12. At that point your subscription will not renew. Your Mystery Boxes will still continue to be fulfilled for months 7-12 as you’ve already paid for them upfront.
